Wrist Update!

Okay, I am embarrassed to admit, the Dr said I sprained my wrist!!! Playing Wii!! How pathetic am I !?! Anyways, I have to wear a brace for at least a week to ten days, maybe longer, depending on how fast is heals. I am also supposed to ice it 3-4 times a day. Man, I am such a dork!!!
