Why??

Why can't I just get pregnant easily like everyone else does?? I tested this morning, and it was negative. I hate that one little line. Why can't their be two? I want another baby SOOOO badly! Why did I get pregnant so easily when I was 18, but not now? Why can't my body just work? Why?
